We talked with Hach & Rose, LLP lawyer Evan Bane in the latest edition of our Attorney Spotlight series.
I always wanted to be a personal injury trial attorney so I could fight for those who deserve compensation for the harms they have suffered. I was always drawn to the “David v. Goliath” aspect of each case while fighting for my clients. I am proud to support and fight for those in need.
I focus on catastrophic personal injuries, medical malpractice, and construction accidents.
My first client suffered a below-the-knee amputation following a trip and fall incident on a commercial property. As a result of his injuries, he was unable to continue working and could not support himself. After extensive litigation, we were able to resolve his case before trial for $650,000. He was beyond satisfied with his settlement and I am grateful that I was able to help him receive just compensation for his injuries.
I am proud to work with colleagues that share my belief in pursuing justice and maximum compensation for every client.
I enjoy taking long multi-borough bike rides around New York City on weekends.
