Pine Plains, NY (May 3, 2019) – A Hudson Valley man who was arrested on child pornography charges in March is now facing even more charges of the same nature, police announced on Friday, May 3rd. 34-year-old Nicholas J. Terilli was initially arrested for use of a child in a sexual performance, possession of a sexual performance by a child, and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to authorities, Terilli was arrested in March after state troopers responded to a domestic dispute call at a home located on Main Street.
