Michael Rose, of Hach & Rose, LLP, recently lectured at the New York State Bar Association’s continuing legal education (CLE) program on construction accident injury law. The one-day program, which took place on March 21st, 2014, offered an overview of some of the most important aspects of construction accident litigation.
