Spotlight on Christopher Cellante
Christopher Cellante
Christopher Cellante represents the men and women of New York, and their families, against large insurance companies at trial. These multi-billion dollar insurance companies hire defense lawyers to protect their liability insurance policies at trial when their insureds act negligently. They routinely place profits over justice and the safety of the community. Mr. Cellante is a fierce representative on behalf of his clients, and he is an unwavering advocate of the American civil justice system. Although Mr. Cellante takes great pride in achieving justice for the people he represents, his success is, in part, offset by the sadness for those who are catastrophically injured or killed.
Prior to joining Hach & Rose, LLP, Mr. Cellante defended the City of New York and its agencies in civil litigation as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department. Mr. Cellante also represented injured workers before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board in some of the highest exposure cases in New York, including spinal injury, brain injury, and quadriplegia. Super Lawyers designated Mr. Cellante as a 2024 New York Metro Rising Star.
When not in the courtroom, Mr. Cellante enjoys spending time with his family and deep-sea fishing. He is an avid fan of the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.
