Christopher Cellante
Christopher Cellante represents clients who have suffered from catastrophic personal injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, and wrongful death. Prior to joining Hach & Rose LLP, Mr. Cellante defended the City of New York and its agencies, including the NYPD and FDNY, in civil litigation as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department. He received the Division Chief Award for his advocacy and results achieved on behalf of the City. His knowledge and insight in municipal liability has proven to be an invaluable tool when representing those injured by the City’s negligence. Mr. Cellante also represented injured workers before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board in some of the highest exposure cases in New York, including spinal injury, brain injury, and quadriplegia. His efforts have fostered several multi-million-dollar civil settlements. Mr. Cellante’s aggressive litigation strategy has resulted in hundreds of favorable settlements for injured New Yorkers. When not in the courtroom, Mr. Cellante enjoys spending time with his family in Westchester County. He enjoys deep sea fishing and is an avid fan of the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.
