Adam graduated with a degree in philosophy from Ithaca College where he was a varsity wrestler. He attended New York Law School on a Dean’s Scholarship and was elected by his peers as Attorney General of the Student Bar Association. He is actively involved the Brooklyn Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council.
Adam is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in personal injury and civil rights litigation. He has conducted over 90 jury trials in State and Federal Court. Over the course of his career, he has helped his clients recover tens of millions of dollars from powerful insurance companies and corporate behemoths alike. He also has won several jury verdicts that are published in the jury verdict reporter.
During his career, Adam has developed a holistic approach to his clients. He understands that for many of his clients, their needs do not end when the case resolves or the jury returns their verdict. Adam stays in contact with his clients and he believes that there is no greater compliment from his clients than when they refer their friends and families for their legal needs.
In addition to his trial work and full caseload, Adam has also lectured other lawyers on personal injury trial practice for continuing legal education at multiple bar associations and through numerous companies. His teaching experience has enabled him to further sharpen his trial skills and cement his reputation as a formidable adversary. As a result of his successes, he has repeatedly been selected as a Superlawyer since 2014 and named one of the Best Lawyers in America for 2023.
