Here in HRS&C, we have a variety of antitrust cases that we are currently working on. Generally, an antitrust case is where several companies have colluded and worked together to either set pricing, fix pricing, or have operated in an anticompetitive behavior which in terms, affects the prices that the consumer pays for a particular product or commodity. So particular examples we are currently involved in several cases against generic and brand drug manufacturers who have colluded and fix pricing in certain scenarios drugs, keeping drug prices high. In United States drug costs are expensive for individuals and hardly work them well with for funds. The wrongdoing by these companies, this entity’s competitive behaviour has increase the price for several mandatory necessary generic drugs. Causing individuals and the funds to pay hire than expective prices for drugs that they need or require to maintain the health and live.
