Attorney Halina Radchenko elected to Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association

The Law Office of Hach & Rose is proud to announce that Halina Radchenko, Esq. has been elected to be one of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA). Halina became a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer because she wanted to help people. Since becoming an attorney in 2007, she has exclusively practiced in the field of Plaintiff’s personal injury law and child custody. She chose these two areas of law because she always believed that the main goal of an attorney is to serve the people in her community and help victims injured due to the actions of others.

To effectuate this belief, Halina has always strived to become a member of a legal organization that shares her views about the legal profession. NYSTLA embodies these core values and since becoming a member of the organization in 2012, she has strived to be involved in the inner workings of NYSTLA.

Through NYSTLA, Halina was able to travel to Albany alongside other trial lawyers and speak with New York’s elected officials, pointing out how they can change the laws of the State of New York to help those who have been injured due to the actions of other individuals. She was also able to meet with her local representatives and speak with them on the same topics. Halina does this in hope that she can use the stories of her former clients to show flaws in our legal system and make changes to these laws in an effort to help those who may be injured in the future.

Halina is ecstatic about her new position and can’t wait to be even more involved with such an amazing organization.
