Michael has secured numerous seven-figure settlements and verdicts during his career, contributing to his lifetime membership in both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Recent results he has reported include a $6 million verdict for a construction worker injured in a ladder fall and an $8.5 million medical malpractice verdict.
Michael partnered with attorney Gregory Hach to form Hach & Rose, LLP. At the time, Michael was already known for obtaining seven-figure jury verdicts for personal injury clients and for his work as a speaker for the New York Bar. Gregory brought his experience representing union members throughout the country, along with his background as a consultant and advisor on issues affecting union workers.
Together, Michael Rose and Gregory Hach established Hach & Rose, LLP with a focus on representing people who have suffered serious personal injuries.

Attorney Gregory Hach has been involved in the labor movement for most of his life. Growing up, Gregory learned about the issues facing unionized workers from his father, a highly respected labor leader in New York. His father instilled in him the importance of hard work, dedication, honesty, and integrity — principles Gregory has carried throughout his career as a member of the U.S. Air Force, an advocate for organized labor, and an attorney dedicated to his clients at Hach & Rose, LLP.
Throughout his legal career, Gregory has represented union members across the country and has advised and lectured on a broad range of issues affecting workers and labor organizations. His experience includes personal injury, health and pension fund matters, lien and subrogation issues, securities litigation and monitoring services, summary plan descriptions, mass torts, and other labor-related legal matters.
Gregory's longstanding involvement in the labor movement has also given him a deep understanding of the communities he represents. As a longtime member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, he has built relationships with union members and labor professionals through decades of involvement in the labor community. That experience informs his approach to representing injured workers and other clients of Hach & Rose, LLP.
