Corey Morgenstern is a Partner at Hach & Rose, LLP, where he serves as an aggressive and practical advocate for injured plaintiffs. Since beginning legal practice in February 2018, Corey has dedicated his career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of the legal system to secure the justice and compensation they deserve. After being a defense attorney, Corey realized his passion to help those in need and severely injured.
Corey’s practice is focused on a wide range of personal injury matters, including construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents, and premises liability. He also handles Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) cases, protecting the rights of injured railroad workers. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
A committed litigator, Corey has consistently achieved significant results for his clients. His notable recoveries include settlements of $3,000,000; $1,775,000; $1,600,000; and $875,000. He also secured a major $6,000,000 verdict in collaboration with Michael Rose, further demonstrating his ability to successfully handle high-stakes litigation.
Corey earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he was a three-time Dean’s List recipient. He joined Hach & Rose to be in a position to provide a voice for the injured, driven by a personal passion to help people in their time of greatest need. Outside of the office, Corey enjoys playing golf and tennis and values spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
