The incident was reported to have taken place around 4:40 a.m. on the Niagara University campus for reasons that have not been made clear at this time. According to officials who were dispatched to the scene, a motorcycle rider ended up striking a light pole in the vicinity of Campus Parkway and Power Authority Service Drive.
