About
Joshua Marchbanks is an Associate at Hach & Rose, LLP and a member of the firm’s Auto Accident Litigation department. He represents clients in motor vehicle and pedestrian accident cases, as well as premises liability and general negligence claims throughout New York.
Mr. Marchbanks has focused exclusively on personal injury law throughout his legal career. While in law school, he clerked for two personal injury firms, gaining hands-on experience in case investigation, client communication, and litigation preparation. He joined Hach & Rose as a law clerk in the firm’s pre-litigation department and, after being admitted to the New York State Bar in June 2025, transitioned into his current role as an associate attorney.
A first-generation college graduate, Mr. Marchbanks was drawn to the legal profession both to challenge himself professionally and to help others during difficult moments in their lives. He approaches each case by listening carefully to his clients and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout the legal process. He believes strong advocacy begins with trust and clear communication.
Mr. Marchbanks earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Texas State University and his Juris Doctor from New England Law School, where he was named to the Dean’s List all three years.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys exercising, cooking, traveling, and exploring his interest in men’s fashion. He values being part of the collaborative team at Hach & Rose and is committed to continuing his professional growth while serving injured clients across New York.
