Joseph Guardino is an Associate at Hach & Rose, LLP, where he represents injured individuals in Labor Law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident cases throughout New York and New Jersey. Admitted to practice in 2017, Mr. Guardino brings nearly a decade of litigation experience to the firm and handles matters from initial investigation through resolution.
Before joining Hach & Rose, Mr. Guardino spent six years at a prominent New York City personal injury firm, where he rose to the title of Junior Partner. During that time, he helped secure numerous seven-figure settlements on behalf of injured clients. His experience litigating construction accident and premises liability claims has given him a practical understanding of New York Labor Law and the strategies necessary to position cases for meaningful recovery.
Mr. Guardino is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
He approaches each case with a focus on efficiency and communication, ensuring clients remain informed at every stage of the litigation process. As a lifelong New Yorker, Mr. Guardino values representing members of his community during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Mr. Guardino earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Marist College. Outside of his practice, he enjoys following sports and spending time with his wife, son, and extended family.
