About
Erin Brown is an Associate Attorney at Hach & Rose, LLP and a member of the firm’s Premises Liability Team. She represents injured plaintiffs throughout all phases of litigation, from initial consultation and case investigation through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Her practice includes premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, Labor Law claims, and general personal injury litigation across New York.
Admitted to practice in 2025, Ms. Brown brings a well-rounded litigation background to her role. Prior to becoming an attorney, she spent approximately five years working as a plaintiff-side litigation paralegal while attending Brooklyn Law School’s evening program. This hands-on experience provided early exposure to complex personal injury matters and courtroom procedure. Following law school, she gained additional insight by practicing defense-side liability work before returning to plaintiff advocacy — an experience that has enhanced her ability to anticipate defense strategies and strengthen her clients’ cases.
Ms. Brown is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Association, and the Women in Law Association.
She was drawn to the legal profession by a desire to advocate for individuals who need a strong voice against powerful entities. She approaches every case with thorough preparation, attention to detail, and a client-centered mindset, combining strategic thinking with clear communication and persistence.
Ms. Brown earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish, with a minor in Labor and Employment Relations, from Pennsylvania State University.
