Hach & Rose, LLP is proud to share that five of the firm's attorneys have been named to the 2026 New York Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. These peer-reviewed honors recognize attorneys for their professional achievements in personal injury litigation and reflect the firm's ongoing work on behalf of injured New Yorkers.
The annual lists identify attorneys who have earned significant peer recognition within their practice areas, offering independent validation of the results our team delivers for clients across New York State.
Named to the 2026 Super Lawyers List
Three of the firm's partners earned a place on this year's Super Lawyers list:
- Mike Rose, Co-Founder and Senior Partner
- George W. Ilchert, Partner
- Joseph Guardino, Attorney
Named to the 2026 Rising Stars List
Two additional Hach & Rose attorneys were selected to the Rising Stars list, which honors up-and-coming practitioners who are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or fewer:
- John A. Blyth, Partner
- Evan Bane, Attorney
A Selective, Peer-Driven Process
Super Lawyers determines its selections through a multiphase process that combines independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. Each year, no more than five percent of the attorneys in the state are named to the Super Lawyers list, and no more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars. Having five attorneys recognized in a single year underscores the depth of talent across the firm and its continued focus on advocating for people injured due to negligence, including construction workers, motor vehicle accident victims, and union members.
A Team Built for Trial and Civil Litigation
The recognition of these five attorneys reflects the firm's established approach to comprehensive case preparation and trial readiness. Over nearly 25 years of practice, Hach & Rose, LLP has built a reputation for handling complex personal injury claims throughout New York State, including cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and permanent disabilities stemming from work-related incidents, premises liability, and defective products.
By structuring the practice so that multiple attorneys collaborate on high-stakes cases, the firm makes sure clients receive dedicated attention and thorough representation. That team approach also allows Hach & Rose to challenge corporations and insurance companies that refuse to offer fair compensation during pre-trial negotiations. These five individual honors further reflect the collective experience clients can count on when they turn to the firm.
