The woman involved in this premises liability accident was reported as an employee who had become trapped in the elevator of a townhouse where she had been working on Friday, January 25.

The accident was reported to have taken place at around 9:00 p.m. at the intersection of Third Avenue and East 63^rd Street.

Mill Basin, Brooklyn, NY (January 7, 2019) – A firefighter who had been responding to a car accident on a Belt Parkway overpass tragically fell to his death on Sunday night, January 6. The deadly accident took place after firefighters were called to the scene of the crash at around 10:00 p.m., according to authorities.

Manhattan, NY (January 3, 2019) – On Thursday morning, January 3, a person working as a visual merchandising associate at Bloomingdale’s flagship Manhattan store was injured by a collapsing display wall, according to authorities. The injurious mishap took place at around 10:30 a.m. at the store located at East 59^th Street and Third Avenue.

Rochester, NY (December 12, 2018) – A level one hazmat situation was reported to have occurred early on Wednesday morning, December 12, that resulted in the hospitalization of one worker. The mishap was stated to have happened at around 1:21 a.m. outside of a building on McKee Road.

Brooklyn, NY (December 4, 2018) – On Monday, December 3, a man who was later identified as 32-year-old Jared Adams, of Queens, was found deceased below elevated train tracks. Police initially believed the victim had died due to a gunshot when his body was discovered on Blake Avenue at around 5:30 a.m., in the vicinity of Van Sinderen Avenue.
