New York Bus Accident
Bus accidents take place on our roads every day across New York, leading to serious injuries and fatalities to those involved. If your child has been injured in a bus accident that you believe could have been prevented, we want to extend our condolences to you and your family during this difficult time.
Children are not able to bring a personal injury claim on their own behalf, which is why a parent needs to bring one of these claims for their child. These claims can help a parent pay for medical bills that they have had to take care of on their own, lost wages if the loved one worked, emotional suffering, and more. If your child has been injured in a bus accident, you have a right to bring a claim for compensation against one of these parties who is considered to owe a high duty of care to the children who utilize their services.
At Hach & Rose, we want you to know that you are not alone when it comes to your injury claim. Do not hesitate to reach us for more information on how we can help you at 212-779-0057.
