Kings Park, NY – Man Seriously Injured Following Head-On Collision near Intersection

Kings Park, NY (June 27, 2019) – A head-on crash that occurred in Kings Park on Wednesday night, June 26th, resulted in serious injuries to at least one individual, according to police. The accident happened along Saint Johnland Road at a time that has not been specified.

According to authorities, William Seitz, of Northport, was traveling east along the aforementioned roadway when he veered into the oncoming lane near Squire Lane. Seitz subsequently collided head-on with another vehicle, operated by Carissa Clancy, of Kings Park. Emergency medical crews were immediately dispatched to the crash site along with the police.

Officials at the scene were able to confirm that Seitz had to be airlifted to Stony Brook Hospital to be treated for his injuries. His current condition has not been stated at this time. Clancy was reported to have suffered only minor injuries in the collision which is currently under investigation.
