Brooklyn, NY – Building Fire at Intersection of 57th Street and 8th Avenue
Brooklyn, NY (June 15, 2019) – On Tuesday morning, a building fire took place at the intersection of 57th Street and 8th Avenue and led to injuries.
Police are not yet sure what caused the fire to break out but it took firefighters approximately a half an hour to get the fire under control.
Firefighters went in to rescue multiple parties, where they found one person in serious condition due to their injuries, while four others were treated for minor burn injuries and more. Police do not have an update on their conditions at this time.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time.
