Wolcott, NY (June 11, 2019) – A teenager has been arrested on sexual abuse charges after allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a minor, according to authorities. Police announced the arrest of Darrin Frank, 18, on Monday, June 10th.
At this time, police have not released any information concerning the nature of the incident or incidents for which Frank is being charged. However, authorities have confirmed that the teenage suspect is being charged second-degree rape as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
Neither the age nor the identity of the victim has been released at this time, as the case against Frank may be building. Police stated that he was arraigned on Tuesday morning and is currently due back in court at a later date, which has not been specified. No further information has been made available.
