Ithaca, NY – 20-Year-Old Man Accused of Sexual Act with Girl Under 13
Ithaca, NY (June 11, 2019) – Police have reported on the arrest of a 20-year-old man who has been accused of engaging in a sexual act with a girl under the age of 13-years-old. Hubert Carrasquillo, 20, was recently arrested because of the incident which happened last October 2018.
According to authorities, Carrasquillo engaged in a sexual act with the minor at the West Village Apartments located on Chestnut Street. The suspect has been arrested on charges of felony first-degree criminal sex act, according to authorities.
Carrasquillo has since been arraigned and was released on his own recognizance. Police have stated that he is due back in court at a later date, which has not been specified at this time. No further information has been provided.
