Fulton County, NY – Man Arrested for Sexual Contact with Person Under 13-Years-Old

Fulton County, NY (April 29, 2019) – According to police, a man from Fulton County has been arrested and charged with the rape of a minor following an incident that recently occurred at an unspecified time. Authorities announced the arrest of 19-year-old Tyler R. Benton on Sunday, April 28th.

Investigators with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department stated that Benton was arrested after allegations of him having sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 13.
