New York Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrian accidents tend to be some of the most injurious and fatal accidents that happen on our roads, mostly due to the fact that pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on our roadways and have few protections from harm. This is especially true about children, who are more likely to run out into a road and will not look for cars before doing so. This is why drivers owe a legal duty of care to look out for the well-being of children at all times. If your child has been injured in a pedestrian accident in New York, you might wonder how you can proceed.
