Motorcycle/Moped Accidents in New York

In New York, every year, around 1,600 people are hospitalized for serious motorcycle accidents that take place at the hands of negligent parties. The reason why these accidents are so injurious and deadly is the fact that motorcyclists have very few protections on our roadways.
