Coldspring, NY – Two Killed in Mobile Home Fire on Sawmill Run Road
Coldspring, NY (February 25, 2019) – A mobile home fire in Cattaraugus County tragically claimed the lives of two people early Saturday morning, February 23, according to authorities. The incident was reported to have happened at around 12:20 a.m. at the mobile home on Sawmill Run Road.
Firefighters who responded to the fire stated that they arrived to find the home fully engulfed in flames. Emergency medical crews and police were also called to the scene a short time later, where two people were located inside the home. Unfortunately, both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, police have not reported on a possible cause of the fire, as authorities are currently conducting a thorough investigation into the incident. No further information has been provided concerning the events that led to this fire or the identities of the victims.
