Queens, NY – Electric Cyclist Involved in Pedestrian Accident at Intersection
Queens, NY (February 9, 2019) – A pedestrian accident involving an electric cyclist took place around 9:20 p.m. last night at a local intersection that led to injuries in one party.
Police responded to find that a pedestrian and an electric cyclist had collided with one another at the intersection of 99 Street and Horace Harding Expressway Service Road.
The cyclist stayed at the scene of the accident afterward. Police were called to the scene of the accident, which is where the NYPD Highway Lieutenant found that the victim received a variety of injuries and was hospitalized. The Lieutenant visited him in the hospital and found that, luckily, his injuries were non-life-threatening in nature.
The investigation into the accident took place for several hours.
