Chazy, NY – Winthrop Woman Hospitalized After Snowy Car Accident
Chazy, NY (February 9, 2019) – A woman from Winthrop was hospitalized following a car accident that took place in snowy conditions. Police have since identified the woman as 46-year-old Amy Gardner.
Gardner was traveling eastbound on Miner Farm Road in her Ford Ranger when she was suddenly involved in an accident. This caused her to overcorrect in the snowy conditions, which put her head-on into a tree in the area.
Nobody else was injured in the accident but she was taken to the hospital for head pain.
Police are still investigating the accident in full at this time.
