Lima, NY – Man Killed in Fatal Accident in Bad Weather Conditions
Lima, NY (February 2, 2019) – New York State Police have been working on their investigation into a fatal accident where one man lost his life on Thursday in Livingston County.
59-year-old Stephen Robertson of Lima struck a snowdrift around 6:30 a.m. on Clay Street. His vehicle was involved in an accident with another, which caused him to strike a pole When police arrived at the scene, he was discovered unresponsive in a Chevrolet Impala that ended up on the shoulder of the road.
Robertson was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident. The investigation took place by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, a local fire department, and ambulance resources.
Police continue their investigation into the accident at this time.
