Coram, NY – Man Arrested Following Head-on Crash Leading to Injuries

Coram, NY (January 27, 2019) – A man was arrested by Suffolk County Police following a head-on crash that took place in Coram that led to injuries in one person.

At the time, 28-year-old Patrick Boyle was driving a Mercury Marquis westbound on Middle Country Road. His vehicle crossed into the eastbound lane of traffic, striking a Honda head-on. From there, a Chevrolet van struck the rear-end of the Honda.

Only one person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries but is expected to be okay. The other parties involved in the accident were not identified.

Boyle was charged with driving while his ability was impaired on drugs. At this time, police continue their investigation into the accident.
