Rochester, NY – Traffic Collision on Dewey Avenue Leads to Injuries
Rochester, NY (January 21, 2019) – On Monday afternoon, January 21, police were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that was reported to have taken place on Dewey Avenue. The collision, which police currently believe to have involved no more than two vehicles, happened at around 3:21 p.m. in the city of Rochester.
Emergency medical personnel accompanied police to the crash site in both the north and southbound lanes of Dewey Avenue at Avis Street. Law enforcement has not been able to determine the cause of the crash at this time, however, paramedics were able to verify that at least one person had suffered injuries.
The number of people involved in the accident has not been confirmed and neither has the extent of the injuries that were suffered as a result. Police are likely to be involved in a thorough investigation into the events that led to the accident.
