Freedom, NY – Two-Vehicle Accident at Intersection of State Route 98 Brown Schoolhouse Rd
Freedom, NY (January 20, 2019) – Police say that a two-vehicle accident took place on Thursday afternoon around 2:39 p.m. at a local intersection. The accident injured two people, who have since been identified.
The accident took place at the intersection of State Route 98 and Brown Schoolhouse Road. Police believe that one vehicle might have turned into another, or went through a stop sign.
The drivers of the two vehicles were identified as 24-year-old Joseph Michael Koebel and 39-year-old Angela Payne. Both of them were injured and hospitalized, but we do not know the extent of their injuries at this time.
Police continue their investigation into the accident.
