Forest Hills, NY – Three People Including 6-Year-old Struck in Pedestrian Accident
Forest Hills, NY (January 19, 2019) – In Forest Hills, three pedestrians were struck by a vehicle, including a 6-year-old. The pedestrian accident happened around 11:50 p.m. on Tuesday night.
Police responded to the area of 71st Avenue and Austin Street to find that a vehicle struck the pedestrians as they were crossing the street. The driver, whose name was not mentioned, was driving a red Toyota RAV4 at the time. Police say that he stayed at the scene of the accident to cooperate with them.
All victims involved were transported to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. At this time, the accident remains under investigation.
