Bronx, NY – Man Dies in Hospital from Head Trauma After Car Accident
Bronx, NY (January 19, 2019) – This morning, a man was hospitalized for head trauma in a car accident that took place on the Bronx River Parkway. One other person was also injured.
Police officers arrived at the scene to find that a 30-year-old male received abrasions and a 24-year-old front seat passenger received severe head trauma following a serious car accident. Both were taken to the hospital. While there, the passenger was reportedly pronounced deceased. The operator remains in stable condition.
Police determined that the Range Rover was involved in an accident, where it then struck a side wall at the location. Nobody else was injured in this serious accident.
At this time, the male driver could be facing charges. The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
