Greece, NY – At Least One Hurt in Traffic Collision on Manitou Road
Greece, NY (January 16, 2019) – Police are currently investigating the cause of a motor vehicle collision that took place along Manitou Road in the town of Greece Wednesday afternoon, January 16. The accident happened at approximately 12:02 p.m. for reasons that have not yet been determined.
According to authorities, no more than two vehicles are believed to have been involved in the crash that occurred in both the north and southbound lanes of the aforementioned road at West Ridge Road. Emergency medical professionals were sent to the scene along with police to evaluate the collision and render aid to any victims.
Paramedics were able to confirm that at least one person was hurt in the accident, however, the extent of those injuries has not been stated at this time. Police have not yet said how many people were involved as the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
