Medford, NY – Woman Arrested After Leaving Scene of Four-Car Crash with Injuries
Medford, NY (January 9, 2019) – According to police, a woman has been arrested after fleeing the scene of a crash involving four vehicles at around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night, January 8. Police stated that the accident took place in front of a home located on Granny Road in Medford.
Police along with emergency medical crews were quickly dispatched to the scene of the crash which occurred for reasons that have not been determined at this time. Paramedics were reported to have transported one person to Stony Brook Hospital to be treated for injuries that have been considered serious.
There has been no mention of any other injuries resulting from this crash. The driver who caused the accident and then fled the scene has been located and identified as Taylor Darienzo. She has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash that resulted in injury.
