Brant, NY – Portion of Route 20 Closed Down Following Car Crash with Injuries
Brant, NY (January 4, 2019) – Police in Evans responded to a crash involving at least two vehicles on Thursday evening, January 3, that forced the closure of Route 20 in the area. The motor vehicle crash took place a little after 9:00 p.m. in the town of Brant, according to officials who arrived at the scene.
Authorities stated that at least two vehicles collided in front of a gas station located on Route 20. Emergency medical personnel were sent to the scene to render aid to any victims. Injuries were reported, however, wounds were stated to be relatively minor and there has been no confirmation concerning the conditions of any victims at this time.
Route 20 was forced to close down between Route 5 and Route 249 to allow police and investigators to work the scene. There has been no information provided regarding the events that led to this collision.
