Childwold, NY – Man Identified Following Fiery Car Accident
Childwold, NY (November 17, 2018) – On Friday morning, November 16, a man was involved in a fiery car accident that took place in Childwold and ended in his fatality.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as 25-year-old Devin Berger, who had been driving a pickup truck when he was involved in an accident that sent him off the side of the roadway around 3 a.m.
The truck went down an embankment and struck a bunch of large rocks at the bottom. Berger died at the scene from a broken neck. Berger had been ejected from his vehicle at fast speeds.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
