Rochester, NY – One Person Sent to Hospital After Pedestrian Accident
Rochester, NY (November 10, 2018) – In Rochester, a pedestrian accident took place in Monroe County that sent one person to the hospital last night, November 9 around 10:30 p.m.
Police responded to the scene to find that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area of Park Avenue and Alexander Street. Rochester Police say that the driver of the vehicle was a 28-year-old Rochester woman.
The pedestrian was identified as a 26-year-old, who was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Officers are still investigating but they do not believe that the accident took place due to alcohol or speed. The driver is not expected to receive charges.
