Plattsburgh, NY – One Person Sent to Hospital After Two-Car Accident

Plattsburgh, NY (November 10, 2018) – Police say that a Morrisonville man was sent to the hospital following a serious two-car accident on Route 3 in Plattsburgh.

At the time of the accident, it was reported that 75-year-old Raymond Roberts was driving his 2007 Ford west around 11:31 a.m. when he suddenly collided with an eastbound Freightliner truck rental. The driver of the truck was identified as 45-year-old William Premore.

At the time, Premore had been trying to make a left turn near the intersection of Route 22B and wanted to continue east on Route 3.

Roberts received neck pain and was immediately transported to the hospital for treatment. Premore received a ticket for failing to yield the right-of-way.
