Victor, NY – One Man Injured in Victor Intersection Crash

Deputies say that 24-year-old Andrew O’Connell was struck by a pickup truck being driven by 49-year-old Robert Nier. The accident happened at the intersection of Route 96 and Lynaugh Road.
O’Connell was quickly transported to the Thompson Hospital with a variety of non-life-threatening injuries. Nier received a ticket for failing to yield the right-of-way.
