Fredonia, NY – At Least Minor Injuries Suffered After Three-Car Crash
Fredonia, NY (October 16, 2018) – A motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles was reported to have occurred on Route 60, in the vicinity of Porter Avenue on Monday Avenue, October 15. The crash took place at around 1:15 p.m., according to New York State Police.
A pickup truck was heading south on Route 60 while another car that was traveling just in front of a semi tractor-trailer were both heading north on the same roadway. Authorities stated that the car proceeded to attempt a left turn onto Porter Avenue when it collided with the pickup truck. The semi also slammed into the pickup truck immediately following the initial collision.
New York State Police along with emergency crews arrived on the scene to assist the parties involved. One person was confirmed to have suffered injuries and was promptly taken to the hospital via ambulance. The nature of the victims’ injuries has not been verified but was stated to not be too serious at this time.
