Gates, NY (July 3, 2019) – At least minor injuries were reported to have occurred following a motor vehicle collision that took place on Highway 31 in the town of Gates. The accident happened on Wednesday morning, July 3rd, at 11:07 a.m. for reasons that are under investigation.
According to police, the crash occurred at the intersection with Long Pond Road and is presently believed to have involved no more than two vehicles. Emergency medical technicians at the accident site were able to confirm that at least one person was hurt as a result of the crash; however, no further details have been released concerning the severity of those injuries.
At this time, police have not established the exact events that led to this incident.
