Town of Day, NY (July 2, 2019) – One man was reported to have tragically lost his life following a motorcycle crash with another vehicle in the town of Day. The fatal collision was stated to have taken place at along North Shore Road at around 7:20 p.m. on Monday, July 1st.
According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Samir Abusen, 25, was traveling southwest on the aforementioned road when he entered the opposite lane for unclear reasons. Abusen subsequently collided with an oncoming Honda Civic, operated by an unidentified 27-year-old man from Lake Lazerne.
Emergency medical technicians accompanied police at the scene, where deputies verified that Abusen had been pronounced deceased. No further information has been provided at this time, as the official cause of the crash is currently being investigated.
