Niagara Falls, NY (July 1, 2019) – A former doctor has now relinquished his medical license after admitting to a criminal sexual act that he was recently accused of back in March. 64-year-old Robert Bull, of Lewiston, was reported to have pled guilty in Niagara Falls Court Monday morning, July 1st.
According to authorities, Bull was arrested for and has now admitted to engaging in oral sexual conduct with a patient who was only 17 years old at the time. The incident occurred during an appointment the patient had at Golisano Center for Community Health in Niagara Falls.
Due to the evidence against him, Bull accepted plea down to third-degree attempted criminal sexual act and subsequently relinquished his license to practice medicine in the state of New York. Bull will also register as a sex offender and is due back in court for sentencing in September.
