Lockport, NY (June 30, 2019) – Around 11:09 a.m. on June 28th, serious injuries were reported in a motorcycle crash on Tonawanda Creek Road in Lockport.
Troopers investigated the accident, where they found that 56-year-old Paul McClintock went off the side of the road on his motorcycle and struck a tree.
At the time, McClintock was operating a 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling northeast on the roadway. He lost control, which caused him to skid approximately 40 feet before it went off the roadway. The motorcycle became airborne at one point.
McClintock was immediately taken to ECMC for treatment of his head and rib injuries.
State Police assisted at the scene, with the help of the Rapids Volunteer Fire Company.
