Parma, NY – Motorcyclist Killed in Collision with Pickup Truck

Parma, NY (June 26, 2019) – A two-vehicle crash between a motorcycle and a pickup truck was reported to have tragically resulted in the death of one person on Wednesday morning, June 26th. The fatal accident took place along Collamer Road in the town of Parma around 8:20 a.m.
According to authorities, deputies were summoned to the crash site between Dunbar Road and Summertime Trail in response to a report concerning the collision. Following a preliminary investigation, the crash was determined to have happened when the motorcyclist collided with a pickup truck that was backing out of a driveway.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, where they pronounced the motorcyclist deceased. The victim’s name has not been released at this time. Two people were inside the truck when the crash occurred but neither suffered any injuries. The official cause of this incident is under investigation.
