Minisink, NY (June 24, 2019) – At approximately 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 23rd, police were called to the scene of a deadly motor vehicle accident that occurred along County Route 12 in the town of Minisink. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation at this time.
According to authorities, 22-year-old Brandon S. Sanok, of Westtown, was heading southwest on County Route 12 in a 2008 Nissan when the vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons. The crash happened on the south side of the road and resulted in the vehicle overturning.
Emergency medical crews accompanied responders from the Johnson Fire Department as they were immediately dispatched to the scene. Sanok was extricated from the vehicle and tragically pronounced deceased at the crash site. No further details have been released at this time.
