Middleburgh, NY – Woman Killed in Fatal Accident on State Route 30

Middleburgh, NY (June 23, 2019) – A Gilboa woman was killed in a fatal accident that took place on State Route 30 in Middleburgh involving a vehicle and a dump truck.
Police arrived at the scene of the crash to find that a 2004 Ford Focus was being driven by Kathleen Doyle and crossed into the path of a dump truck driven by John Kubernach. The coroner arrived at the scene and pronounced Doyle dead at the scene.
Kubernach was also allegedly injured in the accident.
Various emergency responders, including MEVAC EMS, Middleburgh Fire Department, paramedics, and more, arrived at the scene of the accident. It remains under investigation at this time.
