Oswego, NY (June 22, 2019) – Around 3:30 p.m. on Friday, June 21st, Oswego Police arrived at the scene of a fatal motorcycle accident that took place on State Route 104.
At the time, 47-year-old Jarold Smith was driving his motorcycle when he suddenly struck a Chevy Equinox that was turning into a commercial business.
Smith was immediately ejected from the motorcycle. Both drivers of the vehicles were sent to the hospital but Smith tragically passed away at the hospital.
There is an ongoing investigation into the accident at this time.
