Brooklyn, NY – Vehicle Slams into Home on 48th Street in Car Crash

Brooklyn, NY (June 16, 2019) – On Wednesday afternoon, police responded to the scene of a car crash that took place when a vehicle slammed into a home.
According to police, the driver lost control for reasons that are unknown, causing them to drive off the side of the road and slam into a home on 48th Street.
There were children playing on the sidewalk in the area and the Nissan crossover barely missed them as it came barreling up over the sidewalk. The vehicle ended up on the garden in front of the home.
Police say that only one person was injured and taken to the hospital, but is expected to be okay.
