Brooklyn, NY: Bicycle Accident with Injuries at 11th Ave.

Brooklyn, NY (June 15, 2019) – Police responded to the scene of a bicycle accident that took place at an intersection and led to injuries to the biker involved.
Police were able to view the dash cam of a party who was behind the driver who struck the bicyclist in the intersection of 11th Avenue and 56th Street.
The driver drove through the intersection on a green light and, in the blink of an eye, struck the bicyclist who was in the crosswalk at the time. Police are not sure of what circumstances led to the accident but they continue to investigate at this time.
The extent of the bicyclist’s injuries is unknown at this time.
